Today it finally happened! After almost a year and many difficulties with the shipping, it has arrived: the “Russian Districts Award 2500 Honor Roll” plaque. Russia is divided into a total of 2.642 oblasts (districts), also called “RDA”. The plaque is awarded for confirmed radio contacts with at least 2.500 of theses RDA’s.
